How do I modify the notes that are displayed to users, members and group chairs?

From the Configuration Panel:

  1. Select 'Groups' from the 'Select an Application to Configure' section
  2. Click the 'Modify Administrator Notes' link
  3. Make the desired changes to the notes
  4. Click the 'Submit Changes' button
