How do I add a new set or change an existing set of ballot instructions that can be selected as an option when creating a ballot?

From the Configuration Panel:

  1. Select 'Groups' from the 'Select an Application to Configure' section
  2. Click the 'Manage Ballot Instructions' link

To add a new set of instructions:

  1. Click the 'add new instruction' link at the top of the list
  2. Complete the form
  3. Click the 'Add New Instruction' button

To modify an existing set of instructions:

  1. For the instructions you wish to modify in the 'Selectable Instructions' list, click the 'manage' link from the 'Actions' column
  2. Make desired changes
  3. Click the 'Modify' button
