How do I add or change text instructions that are displayed on every ballot?
From the Configuration Panel:
- Select 'Groups' from the 'Select an Application to Configure' section
- Click the 'Manage Ballot Instructions' link
- For the instructions labeled 'Always Displayed' in the 'Organization-wide Ballot Instruction' list, click the 'manage' link from the 'Actions' column
- Make desired changes
- Click the 'Modify' button
